Depending on product complexity and process, the MOQ for non-standard customizations typically ranges from 5,000 to 200,000 pieces. Simple turned parts can be as low as 5,000 pieces, while complex cold-headed parts may require a minimum of 200,000 pieces. We recommend sending your specific drawings or technical parameters to engineering@bestgia.com, and our engineers will evaluate the optimal MOQ for you.

3. How do you ensure product quality meets international standards?

BESTGIA maintains full-process quality control throughout production. Products undergo multiple inspection procedures from raw material intake to finished product shipment:
①Raw materials sourced from qualified suppliers; Material reports available when required.
②Full dimensional inspection, and thread go/no-go gauge inspection.
③Chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, salt spray testing available where applicable. We can provide inspection reports with shipments when required, ensuring products comply with international standards or contract required.

4. Do you support sample customization? How are sample fees charged?

Yes. Free samples of standard products can be requested during inquiry. please communicate with our sales team for details.（Courier fees are typically to be covered by the buyer.） For non-standard customization needs, we can produce samples based on drawings or physical samples. Sample fees are assessed based on process complexity and material costs, and are typically refundable upon confirmation of bulk orders.(Economy shipping cost covered by us; expedited couriers (DHL, FedEx, TNT) at buyer's expense.)

5. What are the payment methods and trade terms?

We support T/T and L/C at sight. Trade terms are flexible, accepting FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, EXW, CFR,etc. For first-time cooperation and non-standard fasteners, a 30% to 50% deposit is usually required, with the balance paid before shipment. Long-term cooperative customers can apply for more favorable payment terms.
